Went in for first oil change on my new Frontier. Express service said I would be out in less than an hour. 1 hour and fifteen minutes later truck was still not in the shop. Car was went in for oil change. Bolt in oil pan wasn’t sealed had oil all in my driveway. Cost me money out my pocket to clean up. I had a great salesman. The weather had been bad and he drove the car over for me to see even though ice on the highway and 15 miles away. I called about an oil change. The tech said bring it in and we should be able to get you in quickly. When I arrived my car was taken within five minutes to have the oil changed.
