Had a regular service and about 30mins after leaving, my check engine light came on. I texted and called my service advisor and was told the car needed to be left for 4 days for diagnosis. I dropped off my vehicle on Wednesday, 8/31 because the passenger brake light wasn't illuminating as observed by many. After no communication, I called the Service Dept. on Friday morning and spoke to someone else because Chris was off that day and he advised there was nothing wrong with my brake light; it was working just fine based on notes from the mechanic, I'm sure something minor was done to fix the brake light to avoid the $900 part replacement, but I would have appreciated some sort of acknowledgement instead of pretending nothing was wrong with it. I won't be taking any of my 3 Nissan vehicles to Don Davis for service. I'd rather drive further to take my chances with better customer service than go back to such sub-standard service. I also left a message for Chris Vasquez and never got a call back. And the other Service Manager I spoke to knew how upset I was and no acknowledgement. No attempt by anyone to try and make it right. Very disappointing. More
Service center is clean and professional. Waiting area is salesman-free with tons of space to watch TV and work.
