This experience was the worse experience that I’ve had. I will not be going back. The service advisor was very pushy and did not ensure my coupon was taken care of properly. I was quoted a dollar amount I will not be going back. The service advisor was very pushy and did not ensure my coupon was taken care of properly. I was quoted a dollar amount and it didn’t change after I gave the coupon. The cashier then charged me wrong by $50 and I told her it was wrong. I informed her the coupon was only worth $20. She called me a hour or so later to inform me I now owed $50. I told her the coupon should have taken off $20. Essentially it felt like they wanted to rush me out of the dealership just to ensure they didn’t have to accept the discount. When I told the cashier I would not be coming back because of the lack of professionalism displayed the whole process she just said ok as if it didn’t matter. Lastly the service advisor told me he would get my recall appointment scheduled and then left a card with me to do it myself. I would have just rather had him tell me I would need to do it myself from the beginning. However, I don’t understand how hard it would have been for him to schedule it for me either considering they work only a couple desks from each other. More

Extremely pleasant(Jacqueline) I received my vehicle report card and there were service recommendations, as I had expected at my vehicle mileage point( I knew they weren't just trying to hike the price. As for wait time; (Keep in mind this was a 5 day week work, not 6 as usual (due to a holiday) and the stalls on the arrival floor were all full.)(Approximately 5 deep with 3 lanes). The wait was very long(I was there 5.5 hours)(remember they were coming off a holiday), but the work and professionalism well worth the wait. My first time using this dealership and this will now be my home dealership for service. I highly recommend the dealership and ask for Jacqueline. More
