They are very nice but I had an appointment and it took almost 3 hours to get my oil changed. My husband found our car finished and waiting and had to ask them if it was finished. He took his Nissan the almost 3 hours to get my oil changed. My husband found our car finished and waiting and had to ask them if it was finished. He took his Nissan the same day to an independent place the same day and it was done in 11 minutes. More

Good experience with everything except I was told on 2021 SUV that my brake fluid is dirty. I had a pretty good experience here. The associates were friendly. The environment was clean and professional. The only slight issue I had was the wait time.
