My service advisor Sammy was the worst, and the manager Robert wasn't much better. Took over a week to get minor repairs done. Multiple days went by without any communication from anyone, even when I escal Robert wasn't much better. Took over a week to get minor repairs done. Multiple days went by without any communication from anyone, even when I escalated and was advised that a manager would return my call. Worst part is...my vehicle is still doing the same thing which means it was never a problem to begin with, or it wasn't fixed. I'd rather pay again than take my car to Don Davis More

They gave the car, and didn't feel the need to inform me that they damaged the paint. It was damaged by the back passenger door which I would of noticed before since I open the door for my wife to get in when she gets in the vehicle. I also just purchased the vehicle from the same dealership, and I checked it thoroughly before purchasing, and I looked for all the paint damages before purchasing. I don't feel like being without a car for another week so I didn't reach out to get it fixed I took the loss to attempt to avoid any more losses. As for the brakes the were fixed good and they used OEM parts which was good. Overall bad experience since they damaged my paint, but good work completed. Would I return? Probably not. Don't feel like getting one thing repaired and another damaged. More
brought my car in for an oil change. service advisor offered a tire rotation even though I was told last time I could not get one because of my alignment issues. they went ahead and did service advisor offered a tire rotation even though I was told last time I could not get one because of my alignment issues. they went ahead and did it anyways. im suprised since I was denied last time I was there, but I guess they saw how much money I spent with them so they decided to go ahead and do it for me. Each interaction that I had was great! This is my first Nissan, and therefore, my first time at a Nissan dealership and everyone was kind, the service was quick, and they were patient with This is my first Nissan, and therefore, my first time at a Nissan dealership and everyone was kind, the service was quick, and they were patient with me picking up my car close to closing. I also like the extra touch of including Carfax information. I will likely be back for the entire duration that I own this car. Thanks! More
I when in to get tag put on vehicle, oil change monitor set and to see if part was fixable or needed replacement. They took 3-4 hours to do this and I did not ask to do a multipoint inspection. That’s was set and to see if part was fixable or needed replacement. They took 3-4 hours to do this and I did not ask to do a multipoint inspection. That’s was not needed to me just purchasing the car. Also no one ever kept me updated in my car. That was unacceptable. More
Terrible service. If I could give a 0 star I would most definitely. I had drop my 2015 Nissan Rogue SV for a recall at 8am with Sammy the service advisor and he had promised me my car will be done around and little after lunch time, which is typically around 12-1pm. I was also told my car will receive washer fluid which I requested and a mulitpoint. I was at home waiting and it was coming towards around 3pm, so I had called his direct line but the call went straight to voice-mail. So I had to call the dealership and got a hold of service reception and was told I would a call update from the service advisor. I patiently waited for an hour and never received an update. So I called again in the same procedure starting with Sammy's direct line but still no answer. I had called a third time and received no update which made me frustrated. So I decided to go to the dealership in person to find out what was going on. I arrived to the dealership and proceeded to the service front desk where I was greeted by two young ladies. They asked what I was there for and I told them that I never received an update for my vehicle and wanted to know what was going on. So they looked at their computer and told me that it was done and the service advisor was working on the paperwork. Then I waited for about 5 to 10 minutes. As time went by one of the receptionist told me that they were going to grab the service advisor, Sammy and see what was going on. She came back with him and Sammy greeted me and just dropped my paperwork at the front desk and he told me that someone was going to pull up my car to the front of the dealership. I signed the paperwork with receptionist and was told to wait in front/side of the dealership. I patiently waited outside for 15 minutes and never saw my vehicle in sight. I started to get irritated at this point and decided to go back inside to ask where was my vehicle. I seen a different service advisor and told him, I've been waiting for some time and someone was supposed to pull up my vehicle. He sort of gave me a bit of attitude and told me that someone's going to bring my vehicle right now and just left me. So I proceeded to wait again and kept walking back and forth, no sight of my vehicle. I waited for another 5-10 minutes and felt stupid at this point. I went back inside frustrated and ask the service receptionist where is my car and that I've been waiting for a long time for car and that I've dropped my car at 8am, it shouldn't had taken this long. So they thankfully help me tried to search my key but couldn't not find it. It was not on their key board nor in the back where they kept keys for technicians. I was hoping they would reach out to Sammy and ask him but I don't think they ever did. At this point they tried searching my vehicle for about 10-15 minutes and no results of finding key nor my vehicle. I was approached by the same advisor from earlier and was told that they were going to search my key. I waited additional 10 minutes and finally a totally different advisor brought my key and handed it to me. Finally I left the dealership. This whole experience was terrible at Don Davis Nissan Service. I never got any communication with the service advisor handling my R.O, Sammy throughout the whole day. No one was able to find my key after my vehicle was done and makes me even think if they even worked my vehicle. In addition, the next day, I was driving my vehicle and tried to use my washer fluid and it was empty. I deeply upset with my service and don't think I would ever come back to this dealership and would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I am also a huge Nissan Enthusiast and this experience made me totally upset with Nissan service in the United States. I recommend the service department at Don Davis Nissan to re-train their advisor and improve their customer service or hire someone new who has better service than Sammy. More
