Waiting two hours for my car to get in AFTER setting up appointment is unacceptable. I needed an oil change - that car slot should have been open for my 9:30 appointment time and a designated oil change appointment is unacceptable. You contacted me SEVERAL times to set up an appointment....I did. If you don't honor appointment times ON TIME, why set up an appointment at all? More
I had an appointment for 12:30 P. M. on Saturday. I was not seen until 12:45. During that fifteen minutes, I was asked by three different people what I'm there for. This on its own M. on Saturday. No problem. I finally get my car checked in. I'm told for an oil change and tire rotation, it will take about 2-3 hours. OK, cool. As long as I can pick up my vehicle before the day ends. Three hours from 12:45 would be 3:45. I get a call at 4:54 P.M. - my car is ready. I'm about ten minutes away from the dealership, and they close at 5:00. I call the front desk and the very rude woman would not hear me out. I ask if I can pick up on Sunday - she says "we're closed on Sunday." I ask if I get there within ten minutes, if they'll stay open so I can pick up my car. Her only response repeatedly is "if you can get here by 5:00 you can get your car." Which would have been literally impossible for me. So, I can't pick up my car until Monday morning, but you know, I have this thing called a job that I need to get to. Well, I pick up my car on Monday morning. I demand a 10% discount from my total cost for service. Jonathan Pena was nice enough to give me a little more than that, so I do appreciate that. But I will not be bringing my car back here as this is not the first time that this dealership has proven to be unreliable and callous about getting people their vehicle back in the time promised. More
