WHEN I FIRST BECAME ACQUAINTED WITH DON DAVIS DEALERSHIP IS WHEN MY ACURA HAD A FLAT TIRE. I WENT TO SEVERAL PUBLIC PUMP STATIONS ALONG COLLINS ROAD IN ARLINGTON, TX AND NONE OF THEM WORK SO I WAS SO DEPER IS WHEN MY ACURA HAD A FLAT TIRE. I WENT TO SEVERAL PUBLIC PUMP STATIONS ALONG COLLINS ROAD IN ARLINGTON, TX AND NONE OF THEM WORK SO I WAS SO DEPERATE I WENT TO THE NEAREST CAR DEALERSHIP WHICH WAS ‘DON DAVIS’ ON COLLINS ROAD, ARLINGTON, TEXAS A FEW MILES FROM WHERE WE LIVE. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS SO PROFESSIONAL, UNDERSTANDING AND TOLERANT SINCE I DROVE AN ACURA THAT THEY TOOK MY CAR, INFORMED ME THAT THE FLAT COULD NOT BE RPAIRED OFFERED AN ALTERNATIVE REPLACE WHICH I DECLINED CHANGED OUT THE FLAT AND REPLACE IT WITH THE SMALL DONUT REPLACEMENT FOR A VERY SMALL FEE WHEN YOU CONSIDER THEIR TIME. SEVERAL MONTHS LATE MY WIFE AND I WERE IN THE HIGHLANDS AND FOR SEVERAL WEELS WERE SEEKING TO ACQUIRE AN ELECTRIC VEHICLE FOR HER. WE VISITED SEVERAL DEALERSHIPS AND THE ONE WHO STOOD OUT THE MOST WAS A NISSAN LEAF MODEL THAT WAS SOLD THAT DAY. UNDERSTAND, THE PREVIOUS WEEK, I CALLED ANOTHER DEALERSHIP IN WHO TOLD ME THAT THEY TOO HAD A NISSAN LEAF ELECTRIC VEHICLE WHICH I LATER FOUND OUT THAT THEY DIDN’T THEY JUST WANTED TO GET US INTO THEIR DEALERSHIP AND SELL ME SOMETHING SIMILAR. SO, THE FOLLOWING WEEK WHILE IN THE ‘HIGHLANDD MALL AREA’ WE STOPPED BY THE NISSAN DEALERSHIP OFF INTERSTATE 20, @ 1320 EAST INTERSTATE 20, ARLINGTON, TEXAS 76018. AS WE ENTERED THE DEALERSHIP A GENTLEMAN WAS STANDING OUTSIDE AND GREATED US. WE THOUGHT TO OURSELVES THIS IS THE REASON WHY WE DON’T LIKE GOING TO A CAR DEARLERSHIP – THE FEAR OF PRESSURE SALES – WHICH I DON’T LIKE AT ALL. AFTER WE EXPLAINED TO THE GREATER AND INFORMED HIM THAT WE WERE INTERESTED IN REVIEWING AN ELECTRIC VEHICLE HE THEN ESCORTED TO US TO CHRISTOPHER ACOSTA, THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE. CHRIS WAS SIMPLY OUTSTANDING, MUTURE FOR A YOUNG MAN, FUNNY, KNOWLEDGEGABLE AND WHO WE LOVED TO WORK WITH SINCE HE OWNED AN ELECTRIC VEHICLE MODEL THAT WE WERE WANTING TO REVIEW. NOT ONLY DID WE ACQUIRE THE NISSAN LEAF ELECTRIC VEHICLE THANKS TO CHRISTOPHER ACOSTA NOT ONLY BEING KNOWLEDGEABLE HE ALSO SHOWED US ALTERNATIVE VEHICLES WHICH WE DID NOT CHOOSE. ONCE WE TEST DROVE THE NISSAN LEAF WE ELECTED TO ACQUIRE THE VEHICLE CHRIS INTRODUCED TO US NISSAN’S FINANCIAL MANAGER, STEPHEN NGUYEN, WHO WAS THE VERY BEST SINCE HE EXPLAINED ALL THE OPTIONS AND THE BOTTOM LINE COST AT A VERY, VERY, RESONABLE INTEREST RATE, WHICH WAS NOT TO BEGIN UNTIL NINETY-DAYS AFTER THE PURCHASE. CAN YOU IMAGINE AN INTERERST LOAN AT A NINETY-DAY GRACE PERIOD ESPECIALLY DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON. HE BROUGHT TEARS OF JOY TO MY FACE AND HEART AND WE ARE VERY GRATEFUL TO HIM. FINALLY, CHRIS INTRODUCED US TO THE MAINTENANCE CHIEF OR SERVICE ADVISOR, DANIEL THOM. HE TOO WAS KNOWLDEGEABLE, CARING AND CONCERN THAT WE UNDERSTOOD THE IMPORTANCE OF MEETING ALL SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE AND SINCE I AM A RETIRED. ARMY SOLDIER, I UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF MAINTAINING YOUR EQUIPMENT. ALTHOUGH WE LOVE ACURA---ON LEAMON, DALLAS---- WE HAVE COME TO LOVE DON DAVIS NISSAN DEALERSHIP EQUALLY AND ARE SO GRATEFUL FOR THE ENTIER TEAM FOR ITS ‘NONE PRESSURE’ SALES TACTICS, ITS OVERALL PROFESSIOALISM AND SERVICE. WITHOUT A DOUBT I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT GO SEE CLAY BUT SEE DON DAVIS! More
Just for oil change 4 plus hours per day for 3 days I took days off from my work due to negligence of mechanical staff including manager. I scheduled my appointment and was taken to an office where I was able to work. It was a great experience. My service advisor kept me informed and let me know what was needed to be done.
