Worst experience ever. From a service department to the general manager.. The GM was ok in sending me on my way and didn’t care to lose any future business… Which he has lost mine… And corporate could have cared less too… Purchased a 2023 Nissan Altima SR 2.0 on December 26th 2023 and wanted to add fog lamps.. Dropped off the car February 2nd 2023 to get the service done.. Well come March I started to call regarding my car and wasn’t getting any answers.. March 15th I get to pick up my car and no fog lamps. The offer for an aftermarket bumper and fog lamps was given to me. I said why would we do that to a brand new car. It took them a month a half to tell me they couldn’t do something they said they can do at the time of selling me the car.. Well I sat down with the sales manager to find a solution.. We agreed on installing a dash cam, interior accent light and exterior panel lights.. Well two weeks later they I have not heard from anyone… Again!!! So I start calling and calling and no feed back.. So I call the GM- Jason Barling.. Well he went to investigate and walked me with what the issue was now.. At this point I am frustrated and choose not to work with this dealership any longer.. So the GM says ok I will refund you, your money and you can pretty much take your business else where. I told him that he’s not ever trying to save the business… He simply said well there’s nothing else he can say or do to make it better for me. So it’s best he refunds me my money for the fog lamps and for me to take my business else where because they have failed me and can’t make improvements… I was in wow. Also tried talking to someone at Corporate to file a complaint. Spoke to a Monica and she was going to look into it and call me back.. So at the compórtate level turned out to be the same. No call back and won’t take my call…. So I will never step food at Don Davis Nissan for maintenance of my vehicle or to purchase a new car… This caused anxiety to be sold a car with a false promise of fog lamps can be installed… Definitely worst experience ever…. More
