My initial advisor was Nicole but she was not there so I was given another advisor. I brought my car twice prior for new tires and then this time for brakes. I feel like you can offer better discounts for y was given another advisor. I brought my car twice prior for new tires and then this time for brakes. I feel like you can offer better discounts for your repeat customers. I asked a discount for getting my brakes service and the advisor told me that the coupon expired then someone else told me something different . I feel like they were not being honest and I don’t like that. I spend a lot of money for them to not work for the customer. At the end of the day, they told me they could offer me a 10% discount which was like $70 off but I’m spending over $700 for service. More

I love this dealership. I had to have an oil change and I called to see if they could fit me in for the day and they did. Hispanic lady answering calls is always rude, year round they answer calls saying "we are very backed up right now" and that it's going to be 5 days after drop off before they even look at the car. Took my car here back in October 2022 pretty much heard the same thing, waited over a month to get my car back. Bria said that I was to be reimbursed for my outrageous rental car bill, sadly I was never reimbursed after many of my forwarded calls and unanswered emails. Here I am 7 months later with yet again another engine light that needs to be resolved. As if i don't already spend good money on servicing my Nisan at Nisan. More
