AMAZING I cannot say enough about my experience at Don Davis Ford and the staff. My salesman, Irvin Bunton, in 2012 I bought my first Ford Fusion ever. I got my 2015 fusion in July after a horrific accident that totaled my car. The sincere and compassion and genuine concern got me my new Fusion. This car is so well made I had to have another. The finance department and managers have been amazing. The service department also has such great customer service. Thank you Danny Reyes for always taking care of my cars. Irvin Bunton said he would be there whenever was convenient for me. Thank you Don Davis Ford!!!!!! More

Horrible Car Buying Experience Worst car buying experience ever. Poor customer service, zero communication/follow up skills- as far as the financing department is concerned. Tyrone and the manager Tim (from Sales) were great, this review does not pertain to them. The finance representative (Josh) failed to explain options/go over the process with me, tried to lock me into a much higher interest rate than Lincoln's current promotion and failed to have me sign all the required documents. Luckily, the finance director (Dustin) drove out to my place of employment to have all the appropriate paperwork signed (appreciated that). However, to get a copy of everything I signed was like pulling teeth! Also waited a month and a half for my licenses plates, was never notified that they came in to the dealership. Everything has been a hassle with Don Davis. Think twice before purchasing a vehicle from this dealership! I definitely will not be buying from them in the future and I will be informing everyone else to do as such! More

Great Experience I purchased a used 2013 Fusion from this dealership in 2014. They were exceptional to work with. They gave me a strong trade value for my car and so I purchased a used 2013 Fusion from this dealership in 2014. They were exceptional to work with. They gave me a strong trade value for my car and sold me the replacement at a reasonable price. After leaving, I noticed a slight tear in the back seat, which they took car of with no hassle. The car was totaled earlier this year and was disappointed they didn't have anything in inventory to replace it. Will go back if and when acquire next vehicle. More

I traded my 2014 F-150 in and got more than I expected out of it and I bought it at Don Davis last year. This is my dealership that I will only deal with because they treat you like family not like your just someone off the street. This is my 4th vehicle that I've bought from them and every time I'm more amazed of how they treat you watching other salesman working with the customers and how friendly they are even though they may not be working with you they want to make sure that your comfortable and ask if you would like any to drink. Dustin the finance director worked so hard to get my payments down as low as he could and at a lower interest rate than what I had before. Thanks Dustin KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK DON DAVIS!!!!!!!!!!! When we arrived Jacob Gauthier gree We researched trucks on the internet and found a great deal on a brand new 2014 pick up on the Don Davis website. When we arrived Jacob Gauthier greeted us, took some basic info and pulled the truck around. The entire time Jacob was very respectful. The only questions he asked pertained to what we were looking for in a vehicle. There was absolutely no pressure to buy any vehicle. He went over all of the features inside and out showing us how everything worked and this continued through the test drive. We then went to financing to meet with Robert Hall. Robert was wonderful! I can not say enough about his positive attitude and financing knowledge. He was very confident from the beginning and put us at ease that we would be driving away in the new truck. He helped us decide what the best financing options were for us. We knew what we wanted to pay for the truck, we knew where we wanted the interest rate and what our budget would allow for a monthly payment and he made it happen. We also qualified for $7500 in rebates. We walked away feeling like we got a very good deal. He even told me my credit score would increase after purchasing the truck and he was right, it went up 20 points. The whole staff at Don Davis is very courteous and helpful. I will definitely buy my next vehicle from them. More
