I came in knowing what i want and we were able to make a deal. He was very knowledgeable and made the car buying experience easy. He found out what was important to me early, and found a vehicle that met my needs. My only complaint is after we agreed upon a deal, the paperwork process in the finance department took quite a long time (roughly 2 hours). Other than that, every thing was above satisfactory. More

One of the best car buying experiences we've ever had !!!! We had visited a few other dealerships over the past few weeks. We understand most sales staff earn their living off commission, but when you can't ev We had visited a few other dealerships over the past few weeks. We understand most sales staff earn their living off commission, but when you can't even open your car door without being attacked... ! It's very irritating. And when we were trying to leave one dealership, they pretended they didn't know(age old trick folks) that they didn't know where our KEYS WERE ! :-( Unbelievable. Once it sunk in we weren't buying a car at their dealership, they were some of the richest people you ever met. Everything was TOTALLY different at Don Davis Ford in Arlington, Tx. Our wonderful salespeople Melissa and Tony were great ! Not once did we feel pressured, and Robert in finance was great also,no games and knew where we needed to be with our budget. Great people to work with I have been looking for a car for over a month. I went to other dealerships, would get close to buying the vehicle and then they would change the pric I have been looking for a car for over a month. I went to other dealerships, would get close to buying the vehicle and then they would change the price. With them, that did not happen. Should of gone there first. Found Treasure I went to Don Davis after seeing a few vehicles online that sparked my interest. The salesman that was assisting my husband before I arrived was Rube I went to Don Davis after seeing a few vehicles online that sparked my interest. The salesman that was assisting my husband before I arrived was Ruben Reyna. When I arrived and told him exactly what I was looking for he told me about a car that was not online yet...it had low miles, more than enough room for me, and even some bells and whistles I wasn't looking for. Initially I wasn't interested in even looking at the car, but with a little convincing from my husband and Ruben I did and feel in love with it. Determined to make sure I didn't act on emotion I went home to sleep on it and returned the next day after they called with a deal I couldn't pass up. I have enjoyed my car everyday and I am so happy with my decision. I truly found a treasure. Ruben has called to check on me and make sure everything is going well and been nothing more than a pleasure to work with. I would definitely send friends and family his way. I can not remember my finance guy name right now, but he is a fellow UNT Graduate and he was truly a pleasure as well. I have nothing but good things to say about my entire experience thus far. More
