He called the dealership in Abilene to make sure my wait was minimal. He called the dealership in Eastland to make sure if my car was not drivable they would take care of me. Fantastic Service Visit! I bought my Ford Edge from another dealership in the DFW area and had purchased a 7 year/100k mile warranty. After the brakes began to loose the vacuu I bought my Ford Edge from another dealership in the DFW area and had purchased a 7 year/100k mile warranty. After the brakes began to loose the vacuum, I took it into Don Davis to have that and the door latch looked at. Jonathan Pankrez was my advisor and I cannot express enough gratitude for him! He kept me up to date on the expected service time, drove me back to my office (my brakes went out on my way in) and made sure he tracked down my warranty information. Overall, I'm super happy with the attention he showed as well as his very knowledgeable and personable nature. He's one of those people you'll always remember as being completely genuine, kind and helpful. Dealerships often find ways to dismiss you when you have service concerns, but not here. As soon as I dropped off my car I was in constant communication with Jonathan through the whole process. I'll definitely be coming back in the future, both for service and our next vehicle! A Long Day! So after being referred over to Quincey Jr. Martin at Don Davis Ford Auto Center I went yesterday to try & trade Ash only to find out that there were So after being referred over to Quincey Jr. Martin at Don Davis Ford Auto Center I went yesterday to try & trade Ash only to find out that there were more problems going on under the hood than I thought that could've actually harmed me if not found. So after being told that I couldn't trade my car because it had no value & would serve no purpose I was forced to then look into getting a new car which I knew I probably wouldn't be approved for. Disappointed & hurt I began to grab my things to leave but, between Quincey & 2 other gentlemen Josh and Jeff who looked at my situation & saw how bad it was they were very determined to help me in any way possible. Quincey ran around all that day like a chicken with his head cut off trying to help in any way he could while keeping me calm & at ease at the same time helping other customers & making sales. Jeff stayed on the phone literally all day negotiating with the bank to get me into a car at reasonable price while also communicating and letting me know everything that was going on. Josh (my finance guy) kept me laughing & in good spirit although I was upset & becoming very impatient while at the same time trying to work out my financing deal. I just want to say between these three guys they worked their xxx off to help me. They saw the situation & did EVERYTHING within their powers to get me into a new vehicle & they did just that! Thanks to my super heros these 3 hard working guys I drove off the lot in a brand new never before owned 2016 Ford Fiesta! I am in love with my new car & I couldn't be happier thank you guys so much you all are rock stars at what you do & definitely completed the mission! More
First Ever Brand New Car I am so excited, I am able to ride a brand a new vehicle. (I've always had used vehicles (3)). My service was amazing. The first trip there he attempted to repair it, and, when it didn't work, suggested replacing it, bring it back so "HE" could finish servicing me. He wasn't able to program it, but, the professionalism and his fortitude made me know that he really cares about the customers that come to that dealership. He is an asset to your company. More

I received several calls from other Lincoln Dealerships stating that the Don Davis would not treat us fairly. "Totally different." We were treated with "respect and dignity". I would expected nothing less. There were no complications with our purchase and we were in and out in minimum time. The incentives were great! It was a busy time, but Jasion kept me informed about my car. More
