In 2009, $ 483,615.00 in TireGARD and EtchGARD claims were paid to Don Davis Auto Group customers. The average TireGARD claim was $114.00. The average EtchGARD claim was $ 1,996.00. Both are provided Free of Charge!
Another example is our Right from the Start new owners car-care seminar held the second week of each month. As a new customer, you’ll be invited to our service department where every model we sell will be on display. Our service advisors can answer your questions, review warranty schedules, demonstrate how to change a tire and provide other pertinent information.

Great process from greeting to finish! Met by the salesman in the lot when I was looking at the Escape.Discussed price and color in a short conversation to see if we were close enough to go Met by the salesman in the lot when I was looking at the Escape.Discussed price and color in a short conversation to see if we were close enough to go inside and talk further...we were...then greeted by Evelyn and ask if we wanted coffee or water and she brought us a coffee and water while we further discussed price with Larry Hinton. Evelyn was getting keys for test drive and we test drove it and finalized price and signed contract and Larry walked us over to Willie Woodward pay for our new car and he went over oil changes and extended warranties. Evelyn delivered our car after make ready done and we rode back that night for a great bbq dinner and prizes as well as meeting all the service department and the body work people and we learned all about the process of both. We left the dealership well imformed and very pleased with the whole process! More

The 2 hours were almost up, so I just went back to the dealership instead of home. I didn’t get the driver’s name, but he was kinda grouchy. Nice ride in a Navigator, however. More
