Both are provided Free of Charge!
Another example is our Right from the Start new owners car-care seminar held the second week of each month. As a new customer, you’ll be invited to our service department where every model we sell will be on display. Not the best My fiancé brought my car in to be serviced. The clamp on the windshield washer fluid hose will not stay connected. There is a 2 year warranty on it be My fiancé brought my car in to be serviced. The clamp on the windshield washer fluid hose will not stay connected. There is a 2 year warranty on it because I just had it replaced back in March 2018. We were told the clamp wasn’t covered under the warranty and it would not be fixed or replace. Having spent $95.00 to replace it back in March really makes me feel as though now Don Davis Ford is simply nit picking what is/isn’t covered under a “so-called warranty” just to make me pay more money to them. Work good. Service adviser terrible. Daniel Reyes was Service Adviser and evidently didn't know how to use a tablet. Took him over thirty minutes to get me scheduled. Three people were Daniel Reyes was Service Adviser and evidently didn't know how to use a tablet. Took him over thirty minutes to get me scheduled. Three people were in line after me and they were taken care of way before me. I bought my car at another location but didn't want to go to Grapevine. That's the only thing that really stuck out. You need to train Daniel on how to use a tablet better and he could be nicer to people. I brought my care in for The Works and was out in no time. That part was good. More

Good job, a long time coming I brought my MKZ in for an oil change in the "fast lube and oil change."
