Both are provided Free of Charge!
Another example is our Right from the Start new owners car-care seminar held the second week of each month. As a new customer, you’ll be invited to our service department where every model we sell will be on display. Mostly good but not everything The work that was done was excellent. The problem was the work I couldn't get done. I had an appointment for airbag work due to a recall. The first issue was when I arrived I was told the parts may not be there and the car may be in more than one day. It turned out the parts were there and it was done that day but they should have told me that up front. I also had and oil change and a state inspection and both of them went great and were reasonably priced. The second issue was I wanted to get a quote(quote only-I knew parts for this may take a while)) to repair some leather trim, driver seat trim, and the driver lumbar support. I was told the car would have to be left for at least three days before they could even look at those items to get a quote. I don't know if they are too busy or too segregated in departments or trim is outsorced but I was disappointed that I was not able to get this part of my car looked at so I will now take it to another repair shop or body shop. Absolutely the worst service I have ever seen. On Friday morning, I made an appointment to have my car diagnosedthe following Wednesday. I took it in on Wednesday morning and was told they had me o On Friday morning, I made an appointment to have my car diagnosedthe following Wednesday. I took it in on Wednesday morning and was told they had me on the list to bring in my car, but not in on the list to be diagnosed. The diagnostic dept was backed up 3-5 days. They had no idea why that would be a problem for me and didn’t care. No offer of a reason; not even an apology. I took it to Hooks Lincoln in Fort Worth; they diagnosed it in 6 hours and 5 of those were spent with a 5 hour pressure test on the coolant system. I’ll never go back to Don Davis and will tell everyone I know not to go. I was told this dealership was not service oriented, but I gave them a chance. If I could rate this less than one star I would. More
