Recalls and Missing Hardware The only service problem I have ever had is recalls without parts available and fastener bolts on lower front fairing missing after oil changes. I have had some pretty serious recalls on my certified used car and none of the recalls were stocked with parts except the emergency LH door lock failure when I had to tie the 2 front doors together to get the car to the shop. The service managers and representatives have been great. John More

Lincoln Style Service As Expected I contacted Jason Kubika, my Lincoln service specialist, about some service required. He set up the Lincoln pick up service for me. They brought me a Lincoln to use with a full tank of gas, and took mine to the dealership. When finished, they brought my car back and returned with thier's. What was a big plus was that I got a text when my Lincoln got to the dealership. I also got progress texts at appropriate times as to the status. Upon the return phase, I got texts as to the progress and an ETA of arrival. I would recommend Don Davis Lincoln service to anyone. Also, Jason was prompt and courteous. I was treated like a Lincoln owner expects to be treated. More

Just don’t understand I went in to get an oil change. Most everywhere I would go for an oil change, I would get an oil change reminder on my front window. Not here. Also I went in to get an oil change. Most everywhere I would go for an oil change, I would get an oil change reminder on my front window. Not here. Also went in because of a check engine light indicating O2 sensor. Was talked into computer version upgrade. Now, 2 days later, my son has my truck up in Oklahoma and check engine light is back on. Friendly and Helpful people I talked with Ty Rivers, He said if I could not find the F250 I wanted I should special order it. Ty took me to see Larry Hinton. Larry was very helpf I talked with Ty Rivers, He said if I could not find the F250 I wanted I should special order it. Ty took me to see Larry Hinton. Larry was very helpful in guiding me through the process of ordering my new F250. He answered all of my questions and made the process very easy, and kept me informed as the order progressed. He was also very patient with me picking the truck up, due to a death in the family. Larry walked me over to see Chad Walker to get all the paper work handled, Chad was very friendly and helpful. I hope the rest of the staff are as good as these guys. More
