I was originally going to purchase from Vandergriff Toyota, but there were many factors that gave me an uneasy feeling. When I pulled into Don David Ford I already felt more comfortable than when I was at Vandergriff. I will definitely recommend your dealership to my friends. Willie Woodard in finance was great and did not push a lot of "extras" on me that I already knew I did not want. He asked, I declined and we moved forward. Nothing like my experience at Vandergriff. They added items to my paperwork and never bothered to mention them to me - I found them and when I questioned the additional charges they told me it was dealer accessories that I definitely needed. That's when I was done with them. Thank you for teaching your salesmen and finance staff to listen to their customers wants and needs instead of telling customers what they need and or want. It definitely makes a difference. More

Disappointed Service advisor Jody M was a great disappointment. She didn't call with a status update on the progress of repairs when I had to leave my car all day Service advisor Jody M was a great disappointment. She didn't call with a status update on the progress of repairs when I had to leave my car all day at the dealership 3 different times. My last visit she quoted me a price of $600 to replace a leaking transmission gasket but it really cost $130, big difference. She was on vacation so I wasn't able to ask her why the difference. Yet when I spoke to her the day before she told me the things she would do the next day all along knowing she would not be there. Also on 5/12/18 they inspected my brakes and gave my front pads a 6 and color coded them green. On this same day they score my rear brakes a yellow 5. I went back 8/8/18 (3 months later) and had my rear brakes done and they scored my front brakes a yellow 4. The explanation from the service manager was that "it's such a small difference and brakes pads could wear that much after 3700 miles." More
