Pre-paid service was an inconvenience for service advisor 1) No more morning appointments for oil changes. Service did not started until 5:05. 3) Shortly thereafter I was told that they were out of synthetic oil; service was delayed for 45 additional minutes. Synthetic oil was specified in the appointment. We have purchased three vehicles from Don Davis-2 with pre-paid service plans. I was told when purchasing the plan we could schedule service at anytime. The service advisor’s attitude made it clear that my service appointment was a nuisance, and he had more pressing issues. When I expressed my frustration I was told “at least you are getting your oil changed” before he walked away. My wife’s experience taking her vehicle into Sewell for service is so very different. They actually seem happy that she is a customer. #DefinitelyNotSewell More

Arrived at 11:10 to give ample time for it to be ready. My car was sitting out front but it took an additional 20 minutes to get the paperwork. I was told it could be "a while" before they could complete the service. I replied that I needed my truck by 11:00 to make a noon meeting across town. At 10:50 my truck was still parked outside awaiting a simple oil change. So apparently the sign advertising a fast oil change doesn't really mean anything either. The way I look at it, it shouldn't matter how many people arrived at the dealership for service before me. If I had a previous reservation/appointment set for 9:00 am then whatever vehicle is completed at or around 9:00, mine should be next. Those that arrive unannounced in the morning should be taken in order AROUND previously made appointments. Doesn't seem that difficult to me. More

Larry had the car we were interested in ready to go at the front of the dealership when we arrived and was extremely helpful in teaching us about the car as we test drove it and after we purchased it. He made sure we got the savings offers that we were eligible for and helped us get the car at a great price. I would highly recommend Don Davis Ford and Larry if you're interested in buying a car! Came in to have 1 thing fixed, left car over nite. Left car over nite. Said I t would be ready next morning. Went to pick it up, was not ready. Waited 2.5 hours for car. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Ford Escape Titanium, demonstrated the features we weren't familiar with, was exceptionally courteous at all times. A storm had passed through the area the night before -- he personally washed and wiped down the vehicle we were most interested in so that we could examine the exterior carefully before making our decision. Be ready to wait 3 hours I came to do the oil change of my car at 8:00 in the morning. The employee told me that I waited an hour and a half and I said yes it was fine. I waited 3 hours and nobody gave me a reason about my car. I had to go to the front desk and ask if my car was ready because it was time to go pick my children up to school. finally they gave me my car When i get in my car they left the paper they put down in the pedalea and the plastic bag in the seat and poster with a number in the mirror nobody took the time to remove all those things I had to remove them And throw it away. Nobody apologized for making me wait 3 hours I was late to pick up my children to school. More
