Recall Issues I dealt with Jason. He was nice and pleasant. I took my car in for a brake booster recall issue which they fixed for free. However, I also reported an I dealt with Jason. However, I also reported another issue regarding the sync screen not working, and I was told the APIM (accessory protocol interface module) was out and needed to be replaced for a fee. After checking on support.ford.com, I discovered that the APIM is actually covered under Ford's extended warranty. I wonder why the dealer wanted me to pay for something that's under a recall and covered by Ford. My car also did not get the complimentary wash. More
Had a few questions I purchased the car there, I took it in for a 10k service, I just drop in without an appointment so the wait time was acceptable, it took less than 2 I purchased the car there, I took it in for a 10k service, I just drop in without an appointment so the wait time was acceptable, it took less than 2 hours. I took the car home and popped the hood and the windshield washer fluid was not topped off and niether was the brake fluid. I called the service department and they were willing to refill the washer fluid but they do not top off the brake fluid as it is a closed system???? That is the third brand new Fusion that I have purchased with the selling dealer servicing all of them and I have never heard of the dealer not topping off ALL of the fluids.When they sold me the service contract it specifically stated with the fast lane service that all of the fluids would be topped off. It did not exclude the brake fluid. More

Worked my budget My car broke down and needed to get another car. Tired of looking at all the online available cars my mother-in law offered to take me car shopping. It was raining and didn’t want to leave the Arlington area; she recommended Don Davis since they had needed to buy a car and just recently bought one there. They really liked Xavier and said to see what he can find for us. So I gave it a try and went to the dealership Xavier showed me some cars and I told him what I was working with my budget and found a couple of cars. Test drove a couple until we spoke with the guy who knew the lot and each car price. He also worked with me and my budget as well and found the perfect car for me and my budget. They also let me borrow the car couple of days to see if I really liked it for a used car. I highly recommend this place rather than Vandergriff cause they are like hound dogs over there and want you to buy a car and push you to buy a car. However Don Davis made me feel at ease and tried to find me a perfect car and did not push me to buy a car that day before I left the lot. More
Horrible Couldn’t find any problem with my car after it sat up there for a week!!! And then charged me $100 dollars and still couldn’t find the problem!!!
