Disappointment My car had a recall and they scheduled me for an appointment. Wonderful Experience!! This by far has been my most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had! This dealership was referred to us by my mom and her boss who has bought mu This by far has been my most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had! This dealership was referred to us by my mom and her boss who has bought multiple cars with Don Davis. Quincey, the finance director called me right away and input my application so we didn't have to waste too much time when we got there. The next day Larry Hinton greeted us with 3 cars all ready to drive based on what we told them we wanted. After all 3 cars we found another at a Don Davis dealership that I really wanted to see. They went and picked up the car for us while we waited. Larry even went and bought us a late lunch since we hadn't eaten all day! Talk about great customer service. We then met with the Finance Manager Willie Woodard and he had us in and out within 30 minutes. The process was smooth and delightful. We felt like everyone had our best interest at heart. We will be back soon to find my husband another vehicle! More

No call back Vehicle was sold without a wiper arm assembly. Service dept would pay for labor but not the arm assembly and wiper. They never called back to let me know motor was in. Left message for manager still no calls. Went to rockwall ford..they fixed me up in one visit. More
