Very poor customer service Took vehicle into dealership on Saturday 11-3-2018. I had typed a list of issues that I was having as well as providing pictures of issues since they Took vehicle into dealership on Saturday 11-3-2018. I had typed a list of issues that I was having as well as providing pictures of issues since they were not happening all the time. Issue 1 was that the vehicle would have to be boosted off on occasion. There was no pattern as to when it would have to be done. Issue 2 was the blower. That was an easy diagnosis. issue 3 was with the sync system. Sometimes the radio would be on but no volume. A picture of this was provided. At times a message would come up stating that the system was shutting down to conserve battery. again, a photo of this message was provided. I would turn off the vehicle, take out the key and exit the vehicle only to return and find that the radio was still on. Again, a photo of this was provided. There were several occasions of the radio stating that a required update was being performed. Again, a photo provided. There were occasions when the radio would change from FM to another input by its self. Again, a photo provided. I knew that the radio tech would not be in till Monday 11-5-18 but was told I would receive a call Monday evening to update me. No call! On Tuesday, I received a call from a service manager telling me that they were still testing the system and I would receive an update later. I called that afternoon and asked to speak with my advisor, Monique, and was told that they could not reach her at the time. They took my name and number and stated that they would make sure that she called me later. After several attempts to reach her, I was told that evening that she was actually off that day. I would think that they would have known that earlier when I called the first time. I was connected with a gentleman named Steve. Steve gave me a quote that had been worked up and I asked if there was any news on the Sync system. He said that the tech working on my vehicle was on a test drive and as soon as he returned he would talk to him and call me back. Surprise, no call!! To sum this up, all contact with the dealership was initiated by me. I never spoke with my advisor except on the Saturday that I dropped off the vehicle. Finally on Wednesday evening, I spoke with Jason and authorized a certain amount of work to be done. Can you guess how I found out my vehicle was ready, that's right, I called and the operator told me that it was ready. Short version, There were issues that did not exist before I took it in that were there after I picked it up, No navigation because a card is missing, according to the message that came up, and when stopped a message pops up telling me that the engine has low oil pressure. I am drafting a letter to the general manager of the dealership to address these new issues but I would not recommend this dealership for repairs. More

Great Service Bobby, Chad, and Quincy were great at helping us find our perfect vehicle. When getting to finance Chad was great at helping us get the price we wanted and when having a slight hiccup Quincy nailed it on the head and got us finalized. It was the best experience I have had a dealership and they definitely have earned my recommendation and any future deals to come. More
Service on Saturday I called last minute on a Saturday afternoon for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Jason checked and said they would “make it happen”. I appreciate the positive attitude and friendliness we always get from Jason. It’s impossible for me to get there on a weekday. We didn’t wait more than we normally would and still had my vehicle washed and vacuumed after the service. More

This review is for Service Center ONLY Based on my personal experiences I would definitely NOT recommend the service center at Don Davis Ford. In fact I have asked them if I can take my ser Based on my personal experiences I would definitely NOT recommend the service center at Don Davis Ford. In fact I have asked them if I can take my service to another Ford dealership, however since I have a service contract at this location I am not able to do so until my service contract is over. Every time I've taken my vehicles they never call to follow up on the status. I am the one that has to call check on status and find out that the vehicle has been ready within the following day and it's been a week and I haven't heard form them. Or they tell me the vehicle is ready, I go to pick it up and it's not true. I know they have a new manager who is working to improve customer service. Not sure how long that will take. I am so disappointed on the Service Center aside from the long wait the staff does not follow up. I think they should have a person just for that, a customer service rep. More

Not for routine service I wanted to get my car serviced at the dealership but this service department is just never an easy stop. Over 3 hours just for an oil change/tire ro I wanted to get my car serviced at the dealership but this service department is just never an easy stop. Over 3 hours just for an oil change/tire rotation isn't worth the time it takes me to drive there so I'll be limiting my visits here to warranty service only when there's no other choice. Plus, the "free" wash promised to me as a Lincoln owner hasn't happened in the last two visits (first, the machine was down waiting on a part and this time, there was no washer (?) there) so that promise is a bust. Monique was nice, but a service advisor can't make up for slowwww service and that non-existent promised extra wash. Sorry, Don Davis, but your service department is not my first choice any more. More
