don’t buy or take your vehicles here i bought a preowned car from this dealership, a month into owning it my ac goes out, the car is only under power train warranty so of course nothing i i bought a preowned car from this dealership, a month into owning it my ac goes out, the car is only under power train warranty so of course nothing i can do. 2 months into owning it, the car begins to misfire, the rapairs were not covered under warranty and i had to fight don davis to get them to pay for it, car still isn’t repaired and i don’t know what to do at this point. i have brought them other cars for service in the past and never had any luck with them, i have bought other cars from this dealer and i get screwed over every single time. 10 out of 10 would not recommend More

Had to get a manger involved as car was two weeks old and no one was helping. Went to go pick it up, they could not find the keys or the car. Vehicle still not fixed!! More

They got me in Saturday morning and done by early afternoon for several maintenance services. Their manager, Mr. Greg Ford, who helped me with disputed charges last year, surprised me by tell his service advisers when greeting me that I'm one of their most faithful Saturday customers and to take care of me. That kind of faithful service produces one faithful and satisfied customer. I'll continue to get my service done here! (Side note: The only reason why I didn't give this visit a 5 star max was that I was quoted a time to be completed, and it took a little longer than anticipated. But I can be understanding & forgiving on that. They have proved diligence and fairness to me. I hope they do the same to anyone looking for good service providers) More
