Horrible service department I was sold a truck with an extended warranty. I was told that all I had to do is drive the truck and not worry about anything out of the ordinary beca I was sold a truck with an extended warranty. I was told that all I had to do is drive the truck and not worry about anything out of the ordinary because I would be covered. The brakes went out in the first couple months, despite it being a certified used truck. This problem was only resolved after making a public complaint on the website. Now the engine is having trouble, they are 3 days behind on even looking at the truck and no loaner will be available for at least a week. This loaner was promised to me by the salesman, if I purchased the warranty. I tried to speak to the service manager, I was told they would leave a message for him. When I asked for his last name, I was hung up on. This company will sell you empty promises, empty promises that you will pay for, for years. More

So disappointed! I arrived 1:45 for my 2:00 service appointment. I was greeted by other employees. When my service advisor did come out he was busy making small ta I arrived 1:45 for my 2:00 service appointment. I was greeted by other employees. When my service advisor did come out he was busy making small talk with another employee and never introduced himself. It was Mr. Fox I was having an oil change, tire check done. I waited in waiting room for just over 2 hours with no word on status. I went to cashier desk to inquire. She pages Mr. Fox. He finally comes in there and by then it was 2 and 1/2 hours in...I asked why was it taking so long. He told me just because I have appointment for specific time does not mean it goes in at that time. I told him it would have been nice for better communication during the wait. He walked off, no apologies no manners. Never saw him again. My car finally brought around and I get in The the low tire sensor light still on!! WHAT!! I go back inside. Rocky the man that came had to take it back to shop and I waited another 20 minutes. Why was this not checked when tires were rotate?? Why did he not see sensor light on when he pulled it up to office?? I finally pulled off lot at 5:15....3 and 1/2 hour oil change with no communications that it would be that long. No apologies other from poor cashier who was doing all she could. Mr. Fox was so unprofessional and rude. More
