My only issue is when it came to getting my personal belongings out of my trade in they did not confirm that I had got everything out of my old car and there for everything that was left in my car was thrown away. Minor lags in communication and cheap plastic floor mats Was called several times in one day asking to bring up check and car wasn’t even close to being ready. Was told car would be ready on a Saturday, show Was called several times in one day asking to bring up check and car wasn’t even close to being ready. Was told car would be ready on a Saturday, showed up to be told it wasn’t ready until Monday. No one bothered to save us an hour drive and tell us ahead of time. Just wanted our check when they already had what they needed from our finance company. Monday came and no car. Tuesday came and delivery was late. Got into car and old plastic mats that you find under office chairs were the floor mats, fine when in the front were regular ones under them. But nothing but the plastic ones in the back. Almost $30k for a car and I’ve had better experiences buying a $15k used one. Overall it was ok. Bobby was nice, but I feel for the money I spent I didn’t get a great experience. More

Not very happy with Don Davis Service Dept. Took car in twice for rattles. Both times was worse when car was returned. For another issue was told there is no fix. The work wad completed as he approximated. I visited before and decided to never return. I came still because it's in the area where I needed to be, but I dreaded coming. I'm glad I did because I got Mr. Kittinger not Steven Lynn. Good luck with keeping Mr. Kittinger. Please update your survey listing.
