Great service; long wait. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I came in for scheduled maintenance which was taken care of satisfactorily although it did take several hours. Just discovered a headlight is out literally a couple of days after the scheduled maintenance. Wish they could have fixed it while i was there; now I have to take more time out of my schedule to get that replaced. More

Poor customer service I never got our service associates name nor card so I can't refer to him by name. We ask him how long the service would take and he said he'd ask the I never got our service associates name nor card so I can't refer to him by name. We ask him how long the service would take and he said he'd ask the repairman when he took the car. He never got back to us. After about an hour I saw him in the driveway and again ask him how long it would take and he said he'd call the repairman and see where he was in the process. Again nothing. After 2 hours he said he was sending our car to be washed and we'd have it shortly. After 45 min. I ask another service associate (Steve) who was very helpful that I was trying to find out where our car was. He immediately said he'd walk over to the wash area and see what was going on. He came back and said they were vacuuming it and we'd have it shortly. 15 minutes later our original service associate brought the key fob and checked us out. The car looks great. I don't know if because we had a service policy and weren't going to pay any money was why we were not given the treatment we were used to or what. Other associates that walked thru the waiting room were friendly, and helpful, asking if we needed coffee, water, etc. More

The 2018 Ford Fusion that I purchased from you was the second car I had looked at in a weeks time. The first dealer that I dealt with was not as helpful or knowledgeable as Mr. Clark. They were more interested in the sale rather than what would be best for me. So, of course I walked away from the deal. When I went to meet Mr. Clark I was so pleased at how he treated me. He was able to answer all of my questions and has always made himself available when I called. He's a great asset to your company and I would use him again! More

The reasons are based on the professionalism coupled with a caring disposition displayed by the two employees who helped me with my recent purchase. My recent misfortune put me in a position that required purchasing a vehicle for extremely important reasons. However the load of the situation was lifted due to my salesforce. After explaining my position my salesforce embraced my feelings by expressing their regrets verbally and then putting those expressions into action by fitting the purchase of a vehicle to my needs. I'm very grateful for that beacon of light in a world in which darkness consumes some hearts. My salesforce was able to take my problem and provide a solution that would fit my needs and wants. Interestingly, I didn't think my wants could be addressed. So, I mentioned it but also added that needs come before wants. My salesforce reviewed the companies inventory and found a vehicle that fit my needs, wants, and situation. Unbeknownst to my salesforce the one feature I wanted has existed for over a year. So in short I'm beaming over the fact that I got that feature. Super beaming. Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm glad my salesforce helped me to visualize my situation in a different light while emphasizing that it was attainable. As a customer my satisfaction with the service was above and beyond my expectation. You hear about the horror stories and to some extent have shared the sorrow of those who have gone through them. So, to be exempted from such ill treatment enables one to view the auto industry through a different lens and in turn you want to share that view with others. In fact, I already share my experience. For example I express the features I like best as well as the financial soundness of my stance. However, those features could not be enjoyed if it wasn't for the first impression of my salesforce. Nonetheless the quality and purchase of a Ford allows you to enjoy your vehicle while maintaing purchasing power for other paraphernalias. That's important seeing that the flow of cash creates opportunities in the world. Thank you Ford for having two wonderful people working in your industry. I'm eternally grateful for your employees attention to my needs. In fact, the statement does not reflect the magnitude of my appreciation. So take all that I said and multiply it by 10.
