Over 3 hours for an oil change! I purchased a package for oil change, tire rotation, car wash when I bought my Lincoln MKX. I wasn’t told that I have to make an appointment several days in advance and that it would take ALMOST 4 HOURS FOR THE OIL CHANGE! That is not 5-Star service! I came in at 11:00 am and had to leave just before 2:00 and didn’t even get my car wash. More

Horrible Service When you ask someone not to do something & they disregard your request & shrug & say sorry, is NOT ok! I called to get this rectified and refunded and was given the complete run around and always told to call someone else. DO NOT USE this branch!!! More

Saved the day I had been on extensive car search. Before heading to Don Davis, I had had enough miserable experiences to make me question whether or not it was the I had been on extensive car search. Before heading to Don Davis, I had had enough miserable experiences to make me question whether or not it was the right time to buy. I decided to give it one last shot and headed over to Arlington to look at a car I had been eyeing. The environment and service was professional right from the start. Ishmel welcomed me and showed me to an office. Gus came in and listened to me vent about the interaction I had with an awful salesman earlier in the day. He said they would make things easy for me, and that is exactly what they did. Ishmel was funny, helpful, and made me feel comfortable. We got right down to business. No back and forth BS. Quincy came over and showed me to another office to do final paperwork. He was remarkably patient with me while I fought through a phone call and changed my mind about which bank to finance the loan. I couldn't have asked for better - just when I was ready to give up and just in time for my birthday! Woo hoo - thanks guys!!! More

Bad customer service from Service Dept Called Don Davis Ford Service because oil light came on my BRAND NEW 2018 FORD EDGE I had just purchased from them . I only owned it a little over a month I explained that to service dept yet they wanted me to PAY for a oil change since I didn't purchase the maintenance package!! I even asked to speak to Service Manger but they were busy so left a voice mail. NEVER RECEIVED A CALLED BACK!!! I just had bought the car and barely put any miles on it!! Why should I pay? Yet the SERVICE DEPT was NO HELP! Had to get a hold of the NEW CAR Sales Manger to get it straighten out! So uncalled for! More

Excellent service I spent the majority of my day off chasing vehicles that either weren’t there or the sales person was not knowledgeable or attentive. As soon as I walked up to Don Davis Ford used car center I was greeted promptly and friendly. These guys really took very good care of me and went out of their way to find the truck I was looking for instead of pushing me on to something else in my price range. Financing was very easy and they put a lot of care into the process. I would recommend this company to ANYONE looking to buy a new or used vehicle. I had a lot of anxiety about the entire process after dealing with other dealerships in the Area. Don Davis has earned my business and I will be returning when it’s time to upgrade! More
