As an example, every vehicle sold comes with TireGARD and EtchGARD. This coverage protects you in the event of tire or glass damage. In 2009, $ 483,615.00 in TireGARD and EtchGARD claims were paid to Don Davis Auto Group customers. The average TireGARD claim was $114.00. The average EtchGARD claim was $ 1,996.00. Both are provided Free of Charge!
Another example is our Right from the Start new owners car-care seminar held the second week of each month. As a new customer, you’ll be invited to our service department where every model we sell will be on display. Our service advisors can answer your questions, review warranty schedules, demonstrate how to change a tire and provide other pertinent information.

Need some attention to Greeting Customers I love my Lincoln, however, I felt that there should have been a little more enthusiasm in greeting customers. I actually had to go stand in the show room floor for a little while before anyone came to greet me, even after being on the lot and looking at cars for a while. I guess I'm used to Salespeople being very enthusiastic about selling you a new car. Far Too Long I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment and had to wait for the service manager, two other team members from Ford checked with me before the serv I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment and had to wait for the service manager, two other team members from Ford checked with me before the service manager made an appearance. Both other team members tried to find the service manager and could not. I was then presented with services that I assumed were in my service plan and only when I noticed a cost on the iPad and questioned this was I told they would be an up charge of over $600. After 2.5 hours I was told my truck had the oil change completed and I had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes before I received my truck. More
