Misleading and time consuming Misleading paper ad, then i take time to make an appointment and it takea 2.5 hours to do an oil change. Need some attention to Greeting Customers I love my Lincoln, however, I felt that there should have been a little more enthusiasm in greeting customers. I actually had to go stand in the show I love my Lincoln, however, I felt that there should have been a little more enthusiasm in greeting customers. I actually had to go stand in the show room floor for a little while before anyone came to greet me, even after being on the lot and looking at cars for a while. I guess I'm used to Salespeople being very enthusiastic about selling you a new car. Not that I like a lot of pressure either, but not only did I not feel pressured, It felt like take it leave atmosphere. But all in all my experience was good. More
Far Too Long I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment and had to wait for the service manager, two other team members from Ford checked with me before the serv I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment and had to wait for the service manager, two other team members from Ford checked with me before the service manager made an appearance. Both other team members tried to find the service manager and could not. I was then presented with services that I assumed were in my service plan and only when I noticed a cost on the iPad and questioned this was I told they would be an up charge of over $600. After 2.5 hours I was told my truck had the oil change completed and I had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes before I received my truck. More
