Initially, I was told there would be a $500 "reasonable documentary fee" which went down to $150, but still that $200 addition to the purchase price irritates me. I tried, over and over, to get a response about that $500 to no avail. Still brooding over that $200 add on which was never explained (I've got an open complaint with Ford Credit -- something like the sixth interaction -- trying to get that settled. The "recommend this dealership" response of "No" is to (1) gain attention and (2) because there's no "undecided" option. More
