In 2009, $ 483,615.00 in TireGARD and EtchGARD claims were paid to Don Davis Auto Group customers. The average TireGARD claim was $114.00. The average EtchGARD claim was $ 1,996.00. Both are provided Free of Charge!
Another example is our Right from the Start new owners car-care seminar held the second week of each month. As a new customer, you’ll be invited to our service department where every model we sell will be on display. Our service advisors can answer your questions, review warranty schedules, demonstrate how to change a tire and provide other pertinent information.

Purchasing a leased Ford (from Ford Credit) The process was "difficult." While Ford Credit gave me a total buyout price, somehow the dealership added $200 to that. Initially, I was told there would be a $500 "reasonable documentary fee" which went down to $150, but still that $200 addition to the purchase price irritates me. I tried, over and over, to get a response about that $500 to no avail. Still brooding over that $200 add on which was never explained (I've got an open complaint with Ford Credit -- something like the sixth interaction -- trying to get that settled. The "recommend this dealership" response of "No" is to (1) gain attention and (2) because there's no "undecided" option. More
