Horrible Service from Service Department - Jan Brady On April 1, 2019 I took my vehicle in for warranty service. I told the service person that I was going to leave my vehicle and I would not need to pi On April 1, 2019 I took my vehicle in for warranty service. I told the service person that I was going to leave my vehicle and I would not need to pick it up until Wednesday evening, April 3, 2019. ( 2 days to fix the problems) When I went to pick my vehicle up on the evening of April 3, 2019 I was then informed that my vehicle was not ready! I NEVER received notification of this! I was informed at that time that there was a part that had been ordered for it. Again, I left it for two days! My assumption is that my vehicle was not started on when I left it on Monday. I expressed my concern that I could not leave my car that evening. I asked for a loaner and I was told NO that the loaners were for Lincoln owners. To top it all off my vehicle was filthy! Today is Wednesday, April 10, 2019. As of date I have NOT received a phone call telling me that the part was ordered or in! I expect a phone call by the end of this week with a solution that will benefit me, the owner of the car I purchased from your dealership in December 2018! To say I am not happy and very disappointed is an understatement! More
