In 2009, $ 483,615.00 in TireGARD and EtchGARD claims were paid to Don Davis Auto Group customers. The average TireGARD claim was $114.00. The average EtchGARD claim was $ 1,996.00. Both are provided Free of Charge!
Another example is our Right from the Start new owners car-care seminar held the second week of each month. As a new customer, you’ll be invited to our service department where every model we sell will be on display. Our service advisors can answer your questions, review warranty schedules, demonstrate how to change a tire and provide other pertinent information.

Good find on the first try. This was a very simple car buying experience. After having just moved to the area we needed a new vehicle to support our expanding family. I got online and found Don Davis Ford, and inquired about some vehicles through the online service. I was linked up with Ryan who found a great Ford F150. It was the first vehicle I had looked at so naturally I wanted to look around (Including other dealerships) to see what I could find. Everything else around was either out of our budget or didn't meet our needs. Ryan contacted me with some other options, but we ultimately went back to the initial F150 that Ryan found. Ryan paired us up with a great vehicle that will last us many years. More

Made me happy I must admit sometimes things don’t go perfectly as expected. I had a check engine light come on in my new Lincoln. I called Don Davis and arranged fo I must admit sometimes things don’t go perfectly as expected. I had a check engine light come on in my new Lincoln. I called Don Davis and arranged for a valet to pick up my car which they did. They did not have a loan car for me to use but i agreed to go ahead thinking it would not take long to check it out. It did take longer than expected as I was without a vehicle to drive to work. I made it work until the car was delivered back to me. When I got my Lincoln back there was a ding on the hood that chipped the paint & an indention. To say I was unhappy is an understatement. I called Dee Philips to make her aware and she said they would have to check the before & after pictures the valet driver takes. Unfortunately where the ding was you could not see it in the pictures. Here is where they made me happy was Dee called me back and said they would take care of it no problem. The valet picked it up dropped off a loan car and fixed it and delivered it back to my door. The car looked brand hew again thanks to Billy and the other service people at Don Davis. You really can not expect any more than that from a dealership. Thank you Don Davis for taking care of me. More
