You Need to hire more mechanics When I brought my car in a couple of months for a tire rotation and oil change, I was there for 3 hours. I thought maybe mechanics were on vacation. Last week I went in for a battery for the key fob and replacement of a headlamp. My appt was at 10:00 and I was there unto 2:00. This is totally unacceptable. Please hire more mechanics because many people who were waiting indicated that they would not be bringing their cars back to this service department. More

Oil Change I dropped off my car at 10:30am and was told it was would take about two hours. It was not ready until after 3:00pm. When I showed up I was one of six people in line to pick up my vehicle and no one was working the counter. Several of us start grumbling and one of the employees starts laughing like it is a joke...finally one of the service reps joins the line and hears us complaining and goes to find the lady who is supposed to be working at the counter and she starts checking us out. Respectful and Efficient Staff The sales staff worked to accommodate our time frame with a different lease expiring. They gave us a great price on a new Explorer and the cost to lease vs buy was the same so they provided us with options. Really enjoyed working with Matt Howard, Will Clark, and Edward Vallejo. More
