Terrible Communication Billy Cox was my service provider. When he was on vacation, no one called me back. I called 6 times with assurances someone would call me back. The final time I spoke with Greg Ford and finally got an answer. This should not be the case. A customer should get status updates on a regular basis. Ilene was rude the first time I spoke with her. The subsequent times she was a little nicer because she realized no one had been calling us back. Very disappointed with Don Davis. I do not believe I will be buying any additional vehicles from here just so I do not have to deal with the service department. My last experience with this service department was the same way! More
Lease Exchange went Very Smooth! I came in to return my expiring f150 lease, and come in for a smaller vehicle. To start Will Clark contacted me several weeks prior to the expirati I came in to return my expiring f150 lease, and come in for a smaller vehicle. To start Will Clark contacted me several weeks prior to the expiration of my lease to give me a heads up for the termination steps, as well as getting my needs straight for the renewal. When I came in it was short order until we were driving in the vehicle I was interested in, I was hooked on the first ride, and from there we were able to get through the paperwork smoothly. I was directed to the Finance department for the paperwork, Emelia did a good job working with me, and since this was not my first time leasing we wrapped up pretty quickly/smoothly. Overall I would recommend the Dealership, I would recommend Will Clark as a salesman, and I commend Emilia for her help in the process. More
