As an example, every vehicle sold comes with TireGARD and EtchGARD. This coverage protects you in the event of tire or glass damage. In 2009, $ 483,615.00 in TireGARD and EtchGARD claims were paid to Don Davis Auto Group customers. The average TireGARD claim was $114.00. The average EtchGARD claim was $ 1,996.00. Both are provided Free of Charge!
Another example is our Right from the Start new owners car-care seminar held the second week of each month. As a new customer, you’ll be invited to our service department where every model we sell will be on display. Our service advisors can answer your questions, review warranty schedules, demonstrate how to change a tire and provide other pertinent information.

The Service Department was good, but.. The Service Department was good in its presentation. But it could use more mechanics to speed up the service time there. And as for the only radio tech there, they need more radio techs. This radio tech only works two half days at this location, Wednesdays and Fridays. I can't get in quickly and out quickly. I needed a oil change and tire rotation. Since I expected a long wait, due to the amount of work ahead of me, I was elated that Dee and Arian got me out in about one hour and fifteen minutes. Ishmael and Will I bought an amazing Pre-owned Ford F150 Harley Davidson. This is the third vehicle I've purchased from Don Davis dating back to 2003. Ishmael and Willie at the location on 360 are the very best. They absolutely exceeded my expectations of Fast, Fair, and Friendly. I actually had a fun time buying this truck! I received a fair trade on my 2015 Chevrolet Colorado Z71. Pricing was straight forward on the F150 and really competitive given this truck was $52k brand new. The truck was in showroom condition with the oil changed. Ishmael quickly had the truck inspected. Sewell doesn't have jack on Don Davis!! Such a great experience I plan on sharing it with anyone in the market for a vehicle. Happy Birthday, Don Davis Auto Group! I look forward to the next 40 years of being a dedicated customer! More
