Would NOT recommend This over all was a terrible experience, took my truck in to replace parts under warranty and they refused to allow me to have a loaner car because th This over all was a terrible experience, took my truck in to replace parts under warranty and they refused to allow me to have a loaner car because they’d “have it to me by the afternoon.” Turns out that means 3 days and having to bum a ride to the service center at closing time to try and get a loaner. Once I finally got my truck back there were no less than 3 electrical issues after being given back my truck. Couldn’t use my cruise control, my front sensor was out, and I had pop ups on my middle console saying something about 911 being disabled(which still didn’t get fixed). This took over a week to get my truck back and still they jerked me around with getting a loaner car. Not only was the service terrible but the communication was abysmal, I was never updated unless I called in and had to hope and pray I could get ahold of a technician. If I could give zero stars then I would. Jonathan was the only decent part of the experience. More
Friendly no pressure experience. Walt and Chad were great. Didn't try to sell you anything but the vehicle you needed. Straight forward, knew what you were paying for, discounts, packages, financing, etc. Would have preferred a better 'detail' before taking possession of the vehicle however, not really their fault. We moved on the vehicle very fast. Spoke with Steve Lynn after the fact with regard to service. Very informative and helpful. Never had my vehicle serviced by a dealer before, but I am going to with this one. More

Financing needs improvement Bobby Jones is Great. Tony in financing went over the warranty I was getting. He left me with the impression that what he had presented to me came wit Bobby Jones is Great. Tony in financing went over the warranty I was getting. He left me with the impression that what he had presented to me came with the vehicle, when in reality it was an upgraded warranty. As I left I knew something didn’t make sense so I looked at the numbers that he should have showed me to find I was charged an extra $2555 for an upgrade. I called him and confronted him and requested he back it out. Tony told me Bobby Jones my salesman told him I wanted the upgraded warranty, of which I knew wasn’t true. I have bought 12 vehicles from this dealership and learned to come in and purchase with my guard down. I can see those days are over. I will now have to be on guard from beginning to end on all my future purchases. I do plan to need 4-5 more vehicles within the next year. I would like to see this last experience erased and Don Davis Ford get the respect back i had for it before this latest purchase. I came to this dealership because of Mark Plummer who is no longer there. Mark came up to me on my first purchase and thanked me for purchasing there knowing I drove 100 miles from my home. I can’t tell you who the new manager is even after this purchase. I stay because of Bobby Jones. More
SHOP TOO BUSY Service Rep did say they had a big rush that day and I would have to leave my vehicle. She would call with update. The next morning, after 9 am, I tried calling my rep for status update. Left two messages within 25 minutes of each other, still no response . Called Don Davis main number, talked with an operator explaining to her my failed attempts to get a response from my service rep. Gave her reps name and she said she would see that my rep would get my message. Forty minutes later still no call. I then drove over to Don Davis. There I found out my rep was on her day off. I think when a rep is on RDO, another rep should be a cover for that reps customers and should respond, as much as possible, to the missing reps customer base. If anything, at least the operator should know which rep is on/off duty and let the customer know. I cancelled the repair visit and took my car home. More
