Perfect Vehicle - Easy Process We purchased a CPO Lincoln. Davis Dunn was excellent, on our first visit, to discover our needs and wants. That day, wasn't the right time for us to purchase. When we come back about 45 days later, the exact vehicle, Davis had shown us, was still available. Nicholas assisted us when Davis was unavailable. Although being new to sales, Nicholas was extremely polite, courteous, and diligent to find answers to questions. Quincey, sales manager, was quick to assist and made the sales process easy. Edward, in finance, was great to get us an incentivized rate from Lincoln. We were able to communicate via email and phone. Made the process extremely easy and quick once we went in to the office to sign all the papers. This is my second Lincoln purchase from Don Davis. Their service department has always been top notch. Poor customer service My appointment time was scheduled, and I was told this was just a recommended drop off time, not the actual appointment time. The first 5000 mile che My appointment time was scheduled, and I was told this was just a recommended drop off time, not the actual appointment time. The first 5000 mile check was completed and it took over 2 hours from my scheduled appointment-as I waited for it. I've already prepaid my maintenance, and at this point am regretting my decision. I was informed when I scheduled it that there was no telling how long the wait times would be, and that it could be hours. With a scheduled appt, I'd hope that customer service would be able to adjust this and provide the value to customers. The waiting area was also uncomfortable, I was approached by a salesman as I was waiting to buy a new car, which seemed inappropriate. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this location for service. More
