Unhappy with the service department The vehicle purchase was great, no issues it was as quick as the purchase of a new vehicle can be. However, I have owned this car for less than 2 months. It has already been in the service department twice. The first time the screen was completely black and non functional. This time well it’s been 5 days I have received not one update. I have called twice and left 2 messages for Billy Cox and have received NO response from either Billy, the service department or the automated system. This time I got an error “front camera malfunction” the wipers randomly going off when it is not raining and the phone unable to make calls when it is plugged in to CarPlay. While I am grateful to have a vehicle to Drive while mine is being repaired I would like an update, a time frame of how long the repairs will take and frankly I want to drive my own car. More

One of the easiest transactions without much stress Arrived intending to look for late model used trucks, and Walter met me outside, walked me around the dealer to look at vehicles, asking about need/us Arrived intending to look for late model used trucks, and Walter met me outside, walked me around the dealer to look at vehicles, asking about need/use/'must haves' and other information. We found a truck that fit, and went on a test drive. Walter let me know features, and also discussed some promotions on new trucks that may be of interest to me based on my stated needs. After the vehicle was decided we hashed out the numbers, checked out the trade, etc. He got me over to finance to sign some paperwork, and he got the new vehicle prepped for delivery. I also wanted to keep an item on my trade in, so he went to the service side to grab a couple of wrenches/sockets so I could easily remove the accessory. Very easy to work with, low pressure experience. More

My husband and I spent weeks searching for the right vehicle and found it at Don Davis Ford. Our salesman was Davis Dunn and he was a pleasure to work with. There were no high-pressure sales tactics used at this dealership and that was greatly appreciated. They cleaned and filled up my vehicle with gas. I would definitely recommend anyone to Don Davis Ford and Davis Dunn. Will definitely come back for our next vehicle! Thank you again for such a good experience! More
Excessive Employee Turnover I have been a Don Davis customer since 2007 and the service was great THEN and I always had the same technician and he KNEW my vehicle. However, with I have been a Don Davis customer since 2007 and the service was great THEN and I always had the same technician and he KNEW my vehicle. However, with the purchase of another vehicle and within the last 2 years the service has become HORRIBLE. Every time I go in for an oil change there is a different technician. This past visit I asked for a 3:30 pm courtesy pickup, driver arrived at 12:50 and said he had other customers to pickup and it was now or never. I couldn’t leave work and had to make other arrangements. Love Lincoln vehicles but will probably leave the family and find a dealer/make that offers superior customer service and a solid service department. More

Service Center We have been customers of Don Davis for many , many years. Have bought several cars from them - all of our family. The Service Center at this time is We have been customers of Don Davis for many , many years. Have bought several cars from them - all of our family. The Service Center at this time is the worst they have ever been. I was the only car in line. on Friday to bring my car in and sit there for 15 minutes, in the heat - and no one came out, other than someone that was new and couldn’t help me! I finally had to get rude and request they get someone out there to sign in my car. That shouldn’t have had to happen. 4:30 on a Friday and no service people greet their customers?? And I want everything to understand they were sitting in their office where they could be seen. Then, once I got someone to wait on me, I was told there was a good chance I couldn’t get it back on Saturday just to check the air. This has happened to myself and my husband and Father - in - law several times over the last year. You have to pre-schedule an appointment for everything and then wait on parts. For me to continue to purchase cars at this location, your Service Center has got to improve! As far as your service, once the car is worked on, it rates high. But the wait period needs to improve. More
