The Works oil change "Stella Service" I have always received Stella services from salesman Bobby Jones and now it is indeed a great feeling to receive that same Stella se "Stella Service" I have always received Stella services from salesman Bobby Jones and now it is indeed a great feeling to receive that same Stella service from Steven Lynn in the service department after a prior very negative experience in the services department with formal services Manger TY. I expressed my appreciation to Bobby Jones how much I enjoyed him as my salesman for the pass several years. and due to my resent experiences with TY I will no longer do business with Don Davis . Mr. Jones apologized for the way that I was treated and urged me to please speak with Clark LeDoux the general manger about my experience, which I did . When it was time to schedule my first oil change I spoke with the new services manager, she schedule my appointment with Steven Lynn who I did not pay much attention to on the first visit due to my passed experiences , and my only concern was to ensure the work on my car was completed correctly and on time. The next time I came in for the second oil change I was greeted by Steven Lynn again , who informed me that he also assist me the last time I brought my car in for service. I repeated my prior experience to Steven who also apologized to me for the way that I was treated. He assured me that he would do his best to give me the very best services possible . Steven Lynn is highly Intelligent and very knowledgeable about the Lincoln vehicles. Steven spared no time and preparing my car for the services . I also informed Steven that I had a coupon for the works and he was aware of the coupon and supported me with added it to my bill. Steve offered the pickup and delivery services,car wash, ding repair, Steven also took the time to show me some of the features on my car that I was not aware that came with the car..Steven also gave me an loaner that has some additional features that did not come with my car, and he took the time to show me how they worked. I was press for time and I decided to make time because Steven cares to take time for me to learn more about my car. Thank you very much Steven Lynn. On a second note there was a person by the name of Jon who I spoke with when I came to pick up my car, he was speaking very rudely about Steven Lynn . I told him that I was working Steven Lynn , Jon said yes Steven thinks he is better than everyone and he comes in when he wants to. I told Jon that Steven has informed me as to what time he would be in today and if I wanted to come in early he would leave my papers on top of his desk. Jon went to get the papers from Stevens desk . When Jon brought the papers to the services desk he make the statement "Steven is so unorganized I almost didn't find your papers". It was so very irritating to hear Jon speak about Steven in this matter after the Great experience I had with Steven. More

Ernest saved us so.much.time. Time is money. I firmly believe this, and we are Tesla owners so we don't have to deal with dealerships so we were DREADING buying our daughter's firs Time is money. Researching for months led us to decide on a Ford Fiesta or Focus. When we found the perfect Fiesta at prices that were less than used at Don Davis, we sent an email. Here's when the magic happened. We explained our budget, and our lack of time. Ernest and team worked with us through email to get us what we needed. When we came in, we were out the door and driving off in the little gift in no time. We didnt waste any time "talking to management" trying to haggle, we didnt spend any time doing anything unnecessary. It was a beautifully painless experience, which is EXACTLY what w needed! The team there acts like a true family and made us feel welcome! More

Third times a charm We were looking for a diesel truck with a bigger fuel tank capacity. We started at the Dodge dealership just looking around when Andy Marroquin found We were looking for a diesel truck with a bigger fuel tank capacity. We started at the Dodge dealership just looking around when Andy Marroquin found us. The truck we wanted to test drive needed fuel. We had to go to Ford dealership to fuel up. We also found out that Ford offered a 48 gallon diesel tank, bigger than Dodge or Chevy. We already had an F-250 so getting another Ford was perfectly fine. Once we found the truck we liked, the price negotiations began. After the third counter offer, we struck a deal. Thank you Chad for making it happen. We came back the next day to finish paperwork with Willie. He had everything ready when we arrived and it didn’t take long to sign. Awesome job!! Thanks to Ernest for taking care of the vehicle detailing and making sure we everything before we left the dealership. Shout out to the guys/gals who detailed our truck. Great job. More

After ten days I decided to see what is going on with my car because nobody called for an update or anything they never call you because they are unprofessional like that. Dee Philips was very rude and unprofessional and frustrated with her job that she can’t handle. Very unhappy with the service! More
