The water is a big deal bc many places didn’t offer it all, and it’s 100 degrees here in Texas right now and my 6 month old can’t take it. They were very nice and accommodating to my family - and Corey helped us find the right car for our family. They then offered an extended test drive of the Lincoln I wanted, and that sold me right there. We drove it for two days while waiting on our finances to line up and then went and purchased right after. Corey and Quincey were VERY helpful and made sure we were taken care and felt welcome. Never coming back! 1-2 day repair turns into a week with price jumping $200 from first quote. Then when I arrived to pick up my car, they hadn't done all the work so I h 1-2 day repair turns into a week with price jumping $200 from first quote. Then when I arrived to pick up my car, they hadn't done all the work so I had to wait since I had already dropped off my rental (which I had to pay for 5 days instead of 2) I was lied to about my vehicle from the day I bought it and the service department is the slowest anywhere. You're told 45min for an oil change, and it takes over 3 hours! I had their careguard that covered service (oil changes for 2yrs) so I dealt with it. No More! My careguard has now expired and with that I'm gone! Good riddance Don Davis Ford! More

Never received a phone call at all. Might have had more done, if someone would have made that phone call to explain the recommendation for services. Didn't even receive a card with phone # to contact service dept! More
