9/12/2019 Service advisor was nice and polite, but they change so often they have no clue who the customer is. I have 3 vehicles I take there and never see the same service advisor twice. Quality of maintenance is getting worse every time. I had the works oil change package and replaced the wiper blades. The battery cover was not snapped back in place correctly, and they left a piece of the wiper blade adapter laying loose on top of the radiator. More

His responsiveness to our needs and his promptness is gathering requested information and his pleasant disposition and patience were so refreshing. Our only regret is that we do not need to buy a car every week of the year!
