Mark Drexel was rude and disrespectful to me and my daughter. He was not thorough in providing accurate information about the services needed for our vehicle. The main issue is each time I have had service my car didn't come back as it was when I brought it in. The most pressing issue this time is my tire rim. It is horribly scratched. When I informed my service advisor he stated I must have hit a curb. I rarely drive the vehicle and I am the only operator of the Jeep. I have never hit a curb and as often as I wash my car... this sort of damage I would notice immediately! Just as I did when my oil change was done. Not only was the wait time ridiculously long. The previous service visits one of my valve caps wasn't placed back and it was replaced with a solid black. I asked for the nitrogen ones to be consistent with what was wrest there. This visit they placed all solid greens which is an awful look to me. Overall disappointed. Amongst the initial sale of this car with hail damage that I wasn't aware was there on purchasing day because it was raining heavily. More
I came in for the second time for an oil leak and it looks like I still have it. I have spent too much time in the customer lounge with a three year old (even though he was very well behaved.) My favorite person and I can’t remember his name did come check on me and asked me about my Commander. Maybe I should have gone somewhere else. Disappointed in the service this time.
