I originally came in a month ago to look at a 2011 Ram 1500. Since my first visit, I had to change my original plan, and look at a used vehicle. We came into the dealership to just look for a new vehicle for me since we are having a baby soon and wanted something with room to travel with our dogs AND our child. I even said I was 99.9% sure we weren't going to be able to get there and he kept assuring me they would do their best and he thinks they could help. Of course, like most people, I figured there had to be some sort of catch! The FIRST offer they came back with was right in the range we wanted to be at!! I was so relieved there wasn't the back and forth haggling for 3 hours!! THEN to top it all off, as we were waiting for my vehicle to be ready, Eddie and my husband started talking about getting side steps for my husbands truck. Eddie asked if he could get my husband into a higher package truck, just like his for the same price, would he look. We said of course!! So long story short, we walked out with 2 new vehicles this weekend and couldn't be happier! I was SHOCKED at the prices they gave us, it was borderline CRAZY on their end!! We are super excited, though, and have been recommending not only Eddie, but the whole staff to all of our friends!! More

Overall it was a pretty good day. We didn't end up with the color we wanted but are happy with what we got just the same. Juan was very freindly and answered all are questions in a timely fashion. You had a good selection of vehicles on your lot to choose from however, most of them had some type of hail damage. We had a red vehicle picked out and was just about to start the paper work when I discovered damage to the top and hood. It was then I asked Juan about the hail damage and he informed me that Dodge had given an allowance for this. Thats nice but I would have liked to have been told this in the begining. The teem pulled together and found me another vehicle with more options than the one I was trying to buy for the same price so it worked out. More
