The dealer did not really have to do anything because it was a tire problem and not a vehicle problem. However, they helped us out and more than split the bill with us on a new set of much better tires. That is how you make customers for life. More

Switched Dealerships I went to the OTHER Honda dealership for an oil change. I made an appointment and that person wasn't there, no one greeted me, they ignored me, I we I went to the OTHER Honda dealership for an oil change. I made an appointment and that person wasn't there, no one greeted me, they ignored me, I went in and got some help. An hour later they hadn't even started. This experience was similar to the last time I had the oil changed there. So I got my car and went to Don Carlton. I was greeted, my information was taken and I was out of there in less than an hour. Initial Service on New Car Timely, quick and efficient. The service department gentleman approached me as i pulled in, asked what i needed and told me how long it would take. Completion was before the estimation of time and he went over what was done and when I came again how their diagnostics worked and how to read. The dealership allows me to pick a time and if i am staying, needing a ride or will be taken by someone else. Nice area to wait in with hot coffee, water, tea and donuts. More
