2nd Opinion for an engine repair on my Honda Van I was a regular customer at the dealership, but due to a negative experience with the sales manager, I went to another dealership to purchase a new CR I was a regular customer at the dealership, but due to a negative experience with the sales manager, I went to another dealership to purchase a new CRV. I returned for a second opinion for an engine repair on my 2011 Odyssey, and was very pleased by Matthew's handling of the situation. I have now decided to permanently return to the dealership because of Matthew's professionalism and sensitivity to the situation. This is my sixth Honda and I plan to purchase another! More
