Took my car in on Veterans day with a leak from the heavy rain the Saturday before Veterans Day. Did not hear from anyone until the following week and they told me it was the seal on the sunroof. Can not get the service manager Kristi Cates to return my call. Will never use this dealership again. Worse experience ever with a dealership. Now working with an attorney and insurance company. More

My (long distance) purchase experience was great! Sam quoted me a price (and honored it even when we realized the vehicle had some extra items installed). Always get a second opinion before going to Don Carlton Honda. More

Just had my 2019 Honda HR-V routine oil and filter change at the Express Service. Everyone was polite and friendly. I waited a total of 48 minutes and they washed my car to boot. Our salesman, Alan, couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. The paperwork was quick and easy plus the used car manager gave us a decent appraisal on our car.
