Brought my truck in for what should have been a standard diagnosis of my transmission. I authorized any maintenance that was due (truck is at 35k miles). They were unable to diagnose the issue, but were abl diagnosis of my transmission. I authorized any maintenance that was due (truck is at 35k miles). They were unable to diagnose the issue, but were able to complete maintenance that wasn't due for another 100k miles and then charged me $1100+ for it. It is also worth noting that this took 5 days to do with no communication from Service or Administration. When I tried calling to ask why and to resolve the issue, they have just ignored me and won't return my phone calls. I have been to several Chevy dealerships and this is far and away the worst. Steer clear! More
I asked 3 times for my diagnostic and haven't received one. After I asked the 3rd time they called instead to tell me they began working on my vehicle and will have it ready tomorrow. Recently waited for an hour just to pick up my repaired vehicle. I sat on the floor because there were no chairs and I didn't want to lose my place in line. We were traveling to St Louis from Chicago to attend a funeral when our check engine light came on around Springfield. We brought our car to this dealer late Thursday afternoon and Jim Staub did a diagnos funeral when our check engine light came on around Springfield. We brought our car to this dealer late Thursday afternoon and Jim Staub did a diagnostic. He sqeezed us in for service on Friday even though they were jammed because it would have been unsafe for us to return to Chicago without repairs. Had they not done so we would have been stuck in St Louis for three more days, paying for a hotel. The repair wasn't cheap but we are grateful for the flexibility in helping us out and we got home safe and sound. More

On Friday October 2, 2020 Pam Heitz the manager of the service department was very disrespectful to my concerns of my vehicle. 1 Example is she told me that Don Brown Chevrolet can not fix on my vehicle t service department was very disrespectful to my concerns of my vehicle. 1 Example is she told me that Don Brown Chevrolet can not fix on my vehicle they which is a Nissan Maxima, and I purchased my vehicle from Don Brown. They told me to take it to Nissan and Nissan told me to bring it back to them because my windows are not covered in my warranty. So I did that after sitting there for hours, she came back and said I was never that for my windows I was there to get service to my brakes which is not true. So I asked Pam Heitz to show me paperwork when I came her for my brakes, she couldn’t show me. So then I asked her for all service paperwork before and after I purchased my vehicle. She brought me 3 sheets of paper. Pam Heitz denied of paperwork of which I was entitled to. She also told me that if my credit was good enough that the bank would have gave me and extended warranty on my vehicle and when I purchased my vehicle I only had 30,000 plus miles on my vehicle which means I was still within my vehicle warranty. I am making this review because Pam Heitz denied me of paperwork and also told me to get off there property for concerns with my vehicle that I purchased from their lot. I will no longer refer people to Don Brown. Your service manager is rude and inconsiderate of others and their money spent. oh must I not forget Dennis in service also lied and said that he only fixed one window on my vehicle which was the driver remember Pam Heitz said I was never there for my windows. When I took it to Nissan they said he possibly screwed up my windows even more by putting silicone in between the rubber of the windows.. And my windows still is not working properly. I will be contacting the attorney general on this matter as well. More
