I scheduled an appointment for Friday, June 30. When I arrived I was told they were overbooked and come back July 5. I did and called in the afternoon for info on my car. Was told they were overbooked and hadn’t gotten to it. Left it overnite. The next day I called to ask about when it would be finished. Again, I was told they were VERY BUSY. I texted them to remind them my appointment was last Friday! At 3 P.M. they called to tell me about the needs of my car. The carpet was wet as a result of the AC leakage I had scheduled for repair so they wanted to rip up the carpet and dry it out overnite. I asked them to repair the AC line and I picked it up. The cabin air filter they recommended replacing was clean when I pulled it out to check, and I dried the carpet myself. I will schedule any future appointments elsewhere. That was the poorest customer service I have ever experienced! More
