I broke down when I was on a trip through St. Louis over the holiday weekend. Everything was closed, so I had my car towed to this dealership and headed home in a rental. I thought it would take days for them to even look at my car, but they had it fixed in a day and at a very reasonable price! Dennis was the one that worked with me, and he is FANTASTIC! I absolutely recommend this place! More

Unlike other dealers around me Don Brown had an excellent inventory to pick from. None of the staff was very friendly outside of the sales representative. Did not accept discount code even thought I was told to bring it in. Finance guy was condescending and added an extra fee on my auto representative. Did not accept discount code even thought I was told to bring it in. Finance guy was condescending and added an extra fee on my auto loan that was not supposed to be on there which resulted in a higher car payment for me (bummer) . Also the dealership mandates three dealer add-ons only for 2 out of the three add-ons not being done properly. I tired to get them fixed but the sales rep kept giving me the run around and no one answered when I called about 3-4 times. Luckily I know someone who knows someone and was about to get it fixed. Overall it wasn’t a horrific experience but I also wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. I had pleasing interactions with Dream Nissan Midwest and Jim Butler but unfortunately they did not have a car of my likely on their lots. More
I had an appointment for an ID/OD inspection and it took them over 2 hours to read two numbers off my car. When I asked for a time estimate after 90 minutes they treated me like I was ridiculous for asking them over 2 hours to read two numbers off my car.
