Shady and unprofessional Easily the worst dealership experience I've ever had. I bought a car in 2012 that had been in a collision, which they didn't tell me about (they showe Easily the worst dealership experience I've ever had. I bought a car in 2012 that had been in a collision, which they didn't tell me about (they showed me and had me sign one page of a 3 page carfax report, which didn't say anything regarding an accident) and it came as a shock to me when I went to trade it in that I was driving around a car with a bad Carfax. I then called Don Brown to resolve the issue and they said they would take a look at it, I take it to the dealer and they give me well-below a fair price on the car and I negotiate up to a reasonable price point. The sales manager tells me he can't cut a check that day (Friday) but he would on Monday if I decide to take the deal. Monday morning I call first thing and the sales manager tells me he has to wait for his general manager to come in at noon and that he'd call me, noon rolls around and I call back and now his general manager is "in a meeting" and he'd call me within the hour. Two hours rolls by, still now call, finally my wife calls around 4 pm and they're both unavailable. So I took my business elsewhere. I believe in integrity, honor, and honesty, and this dealership showed me none of that. I wouldn't recommend anyone go to them unless you enjoy having your time wasted. Don't let their overly kind tones and fake-smiles fool you, they're out to make a quick buck. More
