Nobody is sitting around , They take their time and tell their customers the information they need to make a good choice in motor vehicles. I found this in a one Roger Beavers. I was not high pressured into making a quick purchase. Mr. beavers make sure that I was totally informed of the vehicle I was going to purchase. I can ask some off-the-wall question sometimes. Roger listen interpreted the information and gave it to me as honestly and as accurately as anybody could possibly have done. Mr. Brown himself sent me an email to make sure I was happy with my transaction. Mike the floor manager called me to make sure I was happy. Never high pressure just good information. Love the Truck I purchased, not thrilled with the salesman. I bought a certified Silverado. The vehicle is great and does everything it was designed to do. My issue is that when shopping the dealer knew I was I bought a certified Silverado. The vehicle is great and does everything it was designed to do. My issue is that when shopping the dealer knew I was looking at another vehicle on a different lot and that my prime objective was to maximize trailer towing capacity without going to a 2500 series truck. He informed me that the vehicle I was purchasing had a 11,700 lb. tow capacity. That was an available option, but when I investigated the truck after purchase I realized that the vehicle was not equipped to support this. Also when I drove the vehicle off the lot it had a low tire indicator on. This same salesman had just driven the vehicle to filling station to put a 1/2 of tank of gas in it. When I questioned him about this he said he did not notice the indicator, the indicator pretty takes up the full display. He assured me that it was because the vehicle had been setting in the sun and that would impact the actual tire pressure. I have now put air in the tire twice and found that it has a nail in it. I am pretty forgiving so I hold no grudge, but I see no reason to favor Don Brown Chevrolet bassed on my experience. More
