Tool new car in for Zilon treatment, had to have it done 2x because they didn't even wash the car prior to application. Got the car back scratched and dealership won't take ownership for scratching a brand 2x because they didn't even wash the car prior to application. This was hugely problematic since I was notified late in the day and could not secure a rental car in time. I wound up paying for an Uber the next day to take my kids to school and me to work!
