I have been bringing my car to Don Brown for service since I bought it from them a couple years ago. Most of my experiences have been unacceptable, to put it mildly, but ever since I’ve started working since I bought it from them a couple years ago. Most of my experiences have been unacceptable, to put it mildly, but ever since I’ve started working with Trevor Rines I have had a much better time. Both times Trevor took care of my car I had smooth experiences, he communicated the status of my vehicle during the day, and I was able to pick my car up before closing. As long as I can keep working with Trevor I will continue bringing my car to Don Brown. More

Nas was more concerned about other customers who were spending more money than us. He also treated my wife like she didn't know what she was talking about when she mentioned the ac going out. This was hugely problematic since I was notified late in the day and could not secure a rental car in time. I wound up paying for an Uber the next day to take my kids to school and me to work! I would like to know why I could not be loaned one of the available cars on the lot... I recall being able to take home a car for a full day test drive. More
